• Payment is accepted via Razorpay — including UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and wallets.
• Your payment information is processed securely by Razorpay and is never stored on our servers.
• Coupon codes and promotional discounts are subject to their own terms and expiry dates.
• We do not offer credit or deferred payment arrangements.

4 Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner's network. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

• Free shipping thresholds, if applicable, will be displayed on the website.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, re-delivery charges may apply.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the courier.
